Care: Dust the solid teak frame regularly with a soft, dry cloth to prevent buildup. Wipe spills on the banana leaf weave immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Avoid soaking or using excess water, as natural fibers can weaken over time. Keep out of direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent fading or warping.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To ensure the integrity of each piece, all returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise total, less original shipping and handling charges.

Please note that select items are considered final sale, including all artwork, furniture, and certain accessories. Additional oversized pieces—such as rugs, lighting, and other select accessories—are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Rug swatches are final sale and not eligible for return.
